Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-04

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MiniGateway ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you operate an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

MiniGateway provides cryptocurrency payment processing: merchants create invoices, customers pay in supported crypto assets, and settled funds are forwarded to a merchant-designated payout address after a compliance review.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, prohibited activity, or violation of applicable law.

4. Fees

A processing fee applies to each transaction as displayed on your dashboard and this landing page. The platform may adjust standard fee schedules with notice on the Service.

5. Settlements & custody

MiniGateway does not hold funds for merchants beyond the short settlement window. Invoices receive payments into a platform-managed address and are forwarded automatically once confirmed and cleared by risk controls.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use the Service for illegal goods or services, sanctions-evasion, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniGateway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from blockchain network failures, third-party oracles, or user error.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal obligations, with notice where practical.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
